Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. 30 days

Buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order.

Custom orders are non-refundable but buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order.

Digital items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items.
